How do I try Workjoy? We want you to love Workjoy and be certain that your team will to so you can try it for free without a time limit.
Trials have a 9 person limit. We recommend that you set down a group of keys stakeholders in your company to confirm that everything works as planned before inviting the rest of your team. If you need help we are always here to answer your questions and we can also help you plan and get a successful rollout.
What kind of help do i get? We want you to succeed with our platform so any question you have just send them to support@workjoy.co and we will quickly get back to you.

How can I pay? In the app, you'll be able to set up credit card payments. Get in touch with our team if you’d prefer to be billed using a different payment method.
How will I be billed? If you've picked monthly billing, you will be billed each month. If you've selected annual billing, you will pay your yearly amount upfront.
For plans paid per person you will always be billed on the maximum reached this month. This way if you remove 2 people and add 3 you will only be billed for 1 extra person.
How do I cancel my account? We're not interested in having someone's money if they aren't happy. So if at any point you want to cancel Workjoy, you can do so right from your settings - you don't even have to call or email us (unless you have a question). Prepayments are not refundable.
