Be resilient
This last one is simply to remind you that Clam Leadership is not easy.
As with any other skill it requires time to truly master and you will slip back in to your old ways from time to time. and this is perfectly ok.
The biggest mistake people make when trying new things is to give up the first time they fail. This is why so many fail to lose weight or quit smoking. At the first mistake they give up and continue in their old habits.
So we encourage you - for your own and the people your leads sake - to be resilient. It does not have to be all or nothing. If you make a mistake and slip back in to your old ways simply pick your self up and get back on the track.
Habits are formed over time and when you have done this for a few months is will be hard to think you ever were a leader without being calm.
